2、試驗(yàn)料液比、微波功率、浸泡時(shí)間、提取時(shí)間對(duì)提取率的影響。結(jié)果最佳提取工藝參數(shù)為:以環(huán)己烷為萃取劑,固定超聲功率50W,料液比為1:8、浸泡時(shí)間60min、微波功率500W、提取時(shí)間5rain。在此條件下,揮發(fā)油提取率為2.51%。結(jié)論采用微波一超聲輔助協(xié)同提取揮發(fā)油工藝簡(jiǎn)單可行,是提取揮發(fā)油的有效工藝之一。用于提取四味清口含片中廣陳皮、桂心、細(xì)辛揮發(fā)油。結(jié)果滿意?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】四味清口含片;揮發(fā)油;微波一超聲輔助協(xié)同提?。徽粚?shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)【中圖分類號(hào)】R284.2【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼】B【文章編號(hào)】1673—9
