2、而通信技術(shù)在油液在線監(jiān)測控制系統(tǒng)中有著舉足輕重的作用。針對設(shè)備潤滑磨損監(jiān)控開發(fā)的油液在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)由上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)組成,采用以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)實現(xiàn)上、下位機(jī)的通信。上位機(jī)實現(xiàn)對被監(jiān)測潤滑油參數(shù)的實時顯示、趨勢分析、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出、故障報警及診斷等;下位機(jī)集磨損、黏度等多種傳感器采用PC104實現(xiàn)被監(jiān)測潤滑油數(shù)據(jù)的采集與處理,并利用嵌入式處理器中的異步通信接口(串口技術(shù))與PC104進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,從而實現(xiàn)該技術(shù)在設(shè)備油液在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞:在線監(jiān)測;串口通信;以太網(wǎng);PC104中圖分類號:TH117文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:0254—0150(
