2、ge)等約束條件的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種基于變滑動(dòng)平均濾波項(xiàng)數(shù)的風(fēng)電功率波動(dòng)平滑控制策略。該方法根據(jù)風(fēng)電功率波動(dòng)和BESS的SOC值,對(duì)滑動(dòng)平均濾波中的項(xiàng)數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),進(jìn)而調(diào)節(jié)輸出功率的目標(biāo)值,使BESS的SOC穩(wěn)定在一定的范圍內(nèi),避免了BESS的過充/放電,并且提高了系統(tǒng)輸出功率平滑效果。仿真分析表明,本文方法在BESS的SOC穩(wěn)定在限定范圍的同時(shí),20min內(nèi)風(fēng)電功率波動(dòng)率控制在10%內(nèi),20min功率波動(dòng)累加和比普通滑動(dòng)平均濾波策略下減少了20.5%,有效提高了風(fēng)電輸出功率的平滑性。關(guān)鍵詞:電池儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng);荷電
