1、王亞琛等Fenton法制備污泥基活性炭及其性能表征Fenton法制備污泥基活性炭及其性能表征*王亞琛谷麟王妙琳樓紫陽(yáng)朱南文袁海平(上海交通大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,上海200240)摘要污泥基活性炭孔隙率低下是污泥資源化利用的主要制約因素,而Fenton法預(yù)處理污泥,可有效改善活性炭性質(zhì)。通過(guò)考察H2O2投加量、H2O2/Fe、活化pH以及炭化條件等參數(shù),確定了最佳污泥基活性炭制備條件:H2O2投加量為5(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),HzOz/Fe為5:1(質(zhì)量比),活化pH為3,活化時(shí)間為2.0h,污泥含固率為1.0(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),炭化溫度為600℃,炭化時(shí)間為2.0h。炭
2、化升溫速率為1O℃/rain。此時(shí),得到的污泥基活性炭吸附碘值為340mg/g,比表面積為353.563rll2/g,孔容積為0.238cm。/g,微L容積為0.095cn2/g。該活性炭對(duì)陽(yáng)離子和陰離子染料(亞甲基藍(lán)和甲基橙)具有良好的吸附性能,結(jié)果表明,對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)和甲基橙的吸附更符合Langmuir方程,且其飽和吸附量分別為71.53、57.73mg/g。對(duì)吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)的擬合結(jié)果表明,該吸附更符合二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。關(guān)鍵詞污泥活性炭Fenton反應(yīng)染料吸附PreparationofthesludgebasedactivatedcarbonwithFenton
