2、;MCF-7細(xì)胞株、SMMC7721細(xì)胞株、SGC7901細(xì)胞株、HepG-2細(xì)胞株,MTT溶液,DMSO,Hoechst33258等;利用MTT法檢測(cè)文殊蘭弱堿性生物堿對(duì)上述腫瘤細(xì)胞的抑制作用以及Hoechst33258染色法觀察細(xì)胞凋亡的形態(tài)學(xué)變化;文殊蘭弱堿性生物堿對(duì)上述細(xì)胞株均有明顯的抑制作用,對(duì)HepG-2細(xì)胞的抑制作用更為明顯,給藥72h后測(cè)定IC50=9.374323μg/mL;Hoechst33258染色法觀察細(xì)胞出現(xiàn)凋亡小體,有凋亡現(xiàn)象發(fā)生.文殊蘭弱堿性生物堿MCF-7細(xì)胞株、SMMC7721細(xì)胞株、SGC7901細(xì)胞株、HepG-2細(xì)胞株具有不
