1、診療決策論著醫(yī)學(xué)與哲學(xué)2014年3月第35卷第3B期總第497期雙源CT低劑量Flash螺旋模式在全身大血管成像中的應(yīng)用*楊麗①時高峰①△李揚①王琦①摘要：評價雙源CT低劑量Flash螺旋模式全身大血管成像的圖像質(zhì)量和輻射劑量，探討其應(yīng)用價值。收集我院行雙源CT低劑量Flash螺旋掃描全身大血管患者69例(全身大血管CTA組)，行相同掃描范圍的平掃患者69例(對照A組)，行回顧性心電門控螺旋掃描冠狀動脈患者69例(對照B組)。比較全身大血管CTA組與對照B組的圖像噪聲及全身大血管CTA組與對照A組、B組的輻射劑量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，全身大血管CTA組頸總動脈、頸內(nèi)動脈、腎動

2、脈、腹主動脈的圖像質(zhì)量均可滿足診斷要求，圖像噪聲與對照B組比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(Z一一0．42，P>0．05)。全身大血管CTA組有效劑量低于對照A組、B組(z一一10．14；Z一一8．76，P均<0．001)。全身大血管cTA組平均掃描長度短于對照A組(Z一一8．86，P
