1、第24卷第8期鋼鐵研究學(xué)報V01.24,No.82012年8月JournalofIronandSteelResearchAugust2012含硼高速鋼軋輥的組織和性能侯建強(qiáng),符寒光,蔣業(yè)華。,周榮。,岑啟宏(1.北京工業(yè)大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,北京100124}2.昆明理工大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,云南昆明650093)摘要:設(shè)計了5種高速鋼軋輥材料,利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)等分析手段,并通過硬度測試、沖擊韌性試驗(yàn)和磨損試驗(yàn),對含硼低合金高速鋼軋輥材料在鑄態(tài)、回火后的組織與性能及其耐磨性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。
2、結(jié)果表明,含硼低合金高速鋼軋輥材料鑄態(tài)組織包括馬氏體基體、殘余奧氏體和不同種類的碳硼化合物,其鑄態(tài)硬度大于HRC64,碳硼化合物沿晶界呈網(wǎng)狀分布。經(jīng)RE—Mg—Ti復(fù)合變質(zhì)處理后,晶界出現(xiàn)明顯的頸縮和斷網(wǎng)。對軋輥材料進(jìn)行回火發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著回火溫度的升高,軋輥硬度逐漸降低。相同條件下,未變質(zhì)軋輥材料的韌性較變質(zhì)軋輥材料韌性略低,加入過量的變質(zhì)劑反而降低軋輥材料的韌性。磨損試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)RE—Mg—Ti復(fù)合變質(zhì)的含硼高速鋼的耐磨性大于對比試樣高碳高釩高速鋼的耐磨性。關(guān)鍵詞:高速鋼軋輥;硼合金化;變質(zhì)處理;回火;耐磨性文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1001—
