2、1~10S條件下的動態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為,測量了該鋼的應(yīng)力一應(yīng)變曲線并觀察了其典型的微觀組織,建立了z參數(shù)表達(dá)式、熱變形方程、峰值應(yīng)力和峰值應(yīng)變與z參數(shù)的關(guān)系及動態(tài)再結(jié)晶模型圖。結(jié)果表明:冷軋工作輥用高速鋼的應(yīng)力一應(yīng)變曲線表現(xiàn)為動態(tài)再結(jié)晶型;其熱變形激活能為541.4kJ/mol;峰值應(yīng)力、峰值應(yīng)變與z參數(shù)近似成指數(shù)關(guān)系;隨著z參數(shù)的增大,發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的臨界應(yīng)變s和發(fā)生完全再結(jié)晶的應(yīng)變均增加。關(guān)鍵詞:高速鋼;熱變形;應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線;動態(tài)再結(jié)晶;冷軋工作輥中圖分類號:TG142.45文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1009—6264(2012)08—0
