1、第33卷第11期紡織學報Vo1.33.No.112012年11月JournalofTextileResearchNov..2012文章編號:0253—9721(2012)11.0066.06細乳液聚合制備納米SiO2/PSt及其對丙烯酸類漿料改性葛璐,金嘯,施勤,崔建偉(1.南通大學紡織服裝學院,汀蘇南通226000;2.斯得福紡織裝飾有限公司,江蘇南通226000)摘要采用溶液一凝膠法制備納米SiO粒子,利用MPS對納米SiO粒子進行偶聯(lián)處理。以苯乙烯為單體,十六烷基l一甲基溴化銨為乳化劑,環(huán)己烷為助穩(wěn)定劑,通過細乳液聚合制得納米SiO/PSt粒子。改變?nèi)?/p>
2、化劑用量,得到不同穩(wěn)定性及粒徑的雜化粒子,對納米SiO及SiO:/PSt進行表征。結(jié)果顯示:經(jīng)MPS修飾的納米SiO,平均粒徑為38.7nrfl;當乳化劑用量為0.035g時,細乳液穩(wěn)定性較好,粒徑分布較窄,平均粒徑為148.8nltl。將所制得的細乳液加入丙烯酸類漿料SX-5中,對其進行改性,測試sx一5和納米改性SX5漿料的黏度,并分別對滌/棉紗進行上漿實驗,測試上漿紗的性能。結(jié)果表明:改性前后的漿料黏度基本無變化,』_漿率提高8.9%;改性后漿料的漿紗性能較原漿料有一定提高,漿紗斷裂強力、斷裂伸長和耐磨分別提高4.7%、一6.5%和7.0%。關(guān)鍵詞溶液
