2、險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法,此抽樣算法將[0,1]區(qū)間分成若干子區(qū)間,在抽樣后分別對(duì)每個(gè)子區(qū)間進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)判斷和指標(biāo)計(jì)算,從而增加故障狀態(tài)的抽樣頻率,提高抽樣效率,在滿足精度要求下,有效地減少了抽樣次數(shù)。針對(duì)風(fēng)電的隨機(jī)性和間歇性等特點(diǎn),給出了關(guān)于風(fēng)電接入系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo),該指標(biāo)能分別反映風(fēng)電接入對(duì)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)和輸電系統(tǒng)的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)改進(jìn)IEEE—RTS79算例的計(jì)算分析驗(yàn)證了所提評(píng)估方法和指標(biāo)的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:蒙特卡洛仿真風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估發(fā)輸電系統(tǒng)分散抽樣風(fēng)電中圖分類號(hào):TM712RiskAssessmentofGenerationandTransmissionSystemsConsideringWind
