1、電氣控制技術(shù)課程設(shè)計說明書自動噴泉的PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計學生姓名:專業(yè):班級:學號:指導教師:職稱完成時間:摘要隨著人民生活水平的提高,城市環(huán)境建設(shè)日益為人們所重視。噴泉作為一種觀賞性較高的藝術(shù)水景,不斷出現(xiàn)在城市廣場、居民小區(qū)、公園等場所。它不僅可以增加空氣濕度,減少空氣中的塵埃,降低空氣濕度,更為人們生活增添了不少情趣。自動控制噴泉能自動且連續(xù)的改變其形態(tài),呈現(xiàn)豐富多彩的花樣變化,從而給人以美好的視覺感受。本設(shè)計首先分析了自動噴泉的工作原理、控制要求,根據(jù)工藝要求,統(tǒng)計了自動噴泉所需要的輸入和輸出端子,其中輸入點為6個,輸出點為16個,共計22個輸入輸出點。根據(jù)PL
2、C的I/O點數(shù)和內(nèi)存容量選型原則,此設(shè)計選擇了三菱FX2N-48MR繼電器型PLC作為自動噴泉的控制器,同時選擇了其它電器元件,設(shè)計了PLC的外部接線圖。然后利用SFC(SequentialFunctionChart,順序功能圖)圖法設(shè)計了自動噴泉的程序梯形圖。為了驗證設(shè)計的正確性,運用三菱GXDeveloper仿真軟件進行程序仿真。仿真結(jié)果證明,本設(shè)計以達到順利實現(xiàn)工業(yè)控制的要求及目的,同時達到了低功耗、高性價比、運行安全可靠等基本要求。關(guān)鍵詞:PLC;噴泉;控制器ABSTRACTWiththeimprovementofpeople'slivingstandard,
