1、用藥物與臨床2012年苤15!塑塑ac墮嬰塑Y壘叢墾壁：，：：：：!·論著·雙黃燒傷膏對大鼠燒傷、燙傷的治療作用研究朱曉紅，凌磊，王楊，王強(qiáng)[摘要]目的研究雙黃燒傷膏對大鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)性燙傷、燒傷感染的治療作用。方法將大鼠隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(雙黃燒傷膏組)、陽性對照組(京萬紅軟膏組)、空白對照組。建立大鼠Ⅱ度燙傷模型、Ⅲ度燒傷感染模型，分別涂布給藥，單籠飼養(yǎng)，觀察并記錄創(chuàng)面變化。結(jié)果在大鼠燙傷實(shí)驗(yàn)中，給藥15d后，各組創(chuàng)面結(jié)痂面積明顯變小．實(shí)驗(yàn)組結(jié)痂愈合時(shí)間短，與陽性對照組、空白對照組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05、P<0．O1)；20d創(chuàng)面面積與陽性對照組相比，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)
