5、tainthelowtemperaturewarningindicatoratbootingstageinSouthChina,acontrolledexperimentwasconductedwithtwocultivars.Tianyou998andGuinongzhanatfourdailyminimumtemperaturelevels(18,16,14,and12℃。diurnaltemperaturerangeis4℃,nuturalairtemperatureasCK)withthreedurations(1,3,an
6、d5d).Theresultsshowedthatunderthe1owtemperaturetreatmentduringthebootingstageofearly-seasonrice,SODandPODenzymeactivitiesofthesecondleaffromtopdecreased,MDAcontentinereased,SPADvalueandphotosyntheticratedeclined,thepercentageofpollenfertilityandspikelet—fertilizedrated
7、ecreased.Thenumberofgrainsperpanicle,seed—settingrate,and1000一grainweightdecreased,leadingtoareductioningrainyield.WhenT?≤16℃(3d),thegrainyieldofTianyou998andGuinongzhansignificantlydecreased,aswellasdevelopmentprogressofgrainsandphotosynthesisofthesecondleaffromtop(P<
