2、檢測血清中總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL—C)和高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL—C)水平,同時觀察其對小鼠體重、肝指數(shù)和肝組織病理學(xué)的影響。利用油酸(oleicacid,OA)誘導(dǎo)人肝癌HepG2細(xì)胞發(fā)生脂肪變性,通過熒光染料Bodipy493/503染色檢測川續(xù)斷皂苷VI對細(xì)胞內(nèi)脂滴沉積的影響。結(jié)果在ob/ob小鼠非酒精性脂肪肝動物模型中,川續(xù)斷皂苷VI高、中劑量組均能顯著降低TC、TG、LDL—C水平,增加HDL—C水平。川續(xù)斷皂苷VI高劑量組可明顯降低ob/ob小鼠體重、肝指數(shù),減輕肝組織中肝細(xì)胞
