1、南通大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(醫(yī)學(xué)版)·366·JournalofNantongUniversity(Medica1Sciences)2013:33(5S一腺苷蛋氨酸對(duì)大鼠肝臟部分缺血再灌注損傷的保護(hù)作用及機(jī)制研究陳杰,邵偉斌,嚴(yán)棟梁,朱斌(南通大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院肝膽外科,南通226001)[摘要】目的:探討S一腺苷蛋氨酸對(duì)大鼠肝臟部分缺血再灌注損傷的保護(hù)作用及機(jī)制。方法:將36只雌性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為3gl(n=12):假手術(shù)組、缺血再灌注組、S一腺苷蛋氨酸組。建立大鼠肝臟70%缺血再灌注模型,缺血時(shí)間為lh。腺苷蛋氨酸于術(shù)前1d及術(shù)后1h腹腔注射(100mg,k,假手
2、術(shù)組及缺血再灌注組在相同時(shí)間注射等量生理鹽水。各組大鼠分別于肝臟再灌注后6h和24h處死,取肝臟及血液標(biāo)本,檢測(cè)血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(alanineaminotransferase,AL、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(aspertateaminotransferase,AsD、腫瘤壞死因子一a(tumornecrosisfactord,TNF一,以及肝臟組織丙二醛(malonyldia1dehyde,MDA)含量,并觀察肝臟組織的病理改變。結(jié)果:與缺血再灌注組相比,S一腺苷蛋氨酸組的ALT、AST、TNF—ot水平明顯降低(P<0.01),MDA含量明顯減少(P<0.05),
