1、480ActaNutrimentaSinica,Oct.,2013。Vl0l-35No.5三甲基吡嗪及四甲基吡嗪對(duì)急性酒精肝損傷小鼠的保護(hù)作用孫惜時(shí),田憬若,崔桂友(揚(yáng)州大學(xué)旅游烹飪學(xué)院營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)系,揚(yáng)州225127)【摘要l目的探討三甲基吡嗪(Pyr)、四甲基吡嗪(TMP)及其聯(lián)合作用對(duì)急性酒精肝損傷小鼠的保護(hù)作用。方法60只ICR小鼠隨機(jī)分為5組,分別為對(duì)照組、模型組、Pyr~K、TMP組及Pyr十TMP組。對(duì)照組自由喂養(yǎng),模型組每日給予0.9%的生理鹽水灌胃,其他各組分別給予100mg/(kg·d)bw~Pyr、TMP
2、7~.Pyr+TMP灌胃。30d后,造急性酒精肝損傷模型,常規(guī)方法制備小鼠血清及肝勻漿,測(cè)定血清中總膽紅素(TB)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(sGO、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(sGP]r)、堿性磷酸酶(sALP)、血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(Tc)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL—C)、乙醇脫氫酶(ADH)及肝勻漿中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。結(jié)果(1)提高ADH活性:Pyr+TMP~g>TMP組>Pyr~K;(2)降低因急性酒精肝損傷引起的sGOT和sGPT:Pyr組>Pyr+TMP~R>TMP組
