1、專輯等287Al含量對(duì)Zr基塊體非晶合金力學(xué)性能的影響李春燕1,2,寇生中1,2,趙燕春1,2,袁小鵬1,袁子洲1,2(1.蘭州理工大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院甘肅蘭州730050;2.蘭州理工大學(xué)省部共建有色金屬先進(jìn)加工與再利用國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,甘肅蘭州730050)摘要:用銅模吸鑄法制備了(Zr64.8/90Cu14.85/90Ni10.35/90)90+xAl10-x(x=-4,-3,-2,0,2,4,6)塊體合金,利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、顯微硬度計(jì)和掃描電鏡(SEM)研究了Al含量改變對(duì)Zr基塊體
2、非晶合金力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著Al含量的減小,合金先是從非晶相為主的非晶/晶體復(fù)合材料轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥耆蔷Р牧希又D(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐跃w相為主的非晶/晶體復(fù)合材料,最后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥耆w材料。表明通過(guò)調(diào)整Al的含量,可以制備出具有完全非晶結(jié)構(gòu)的Zr基塊體非晶合金。當(dāng)x=-2時(shí),即合金成分為Zr63.36Cu14.52Ni10.12Al12時(shí),合金為完全非晶結(jié)構(gòu),該合金的室溫壓縮塑性應(yīng)變達(dá)到20.6%,應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線體現(xiàn)出了“加工硬化”特性,屈服強(qiáng)度(σs)、極限強(qiáng)度(σm)和斷裂強(qiáng)度(σf)分別為1740.6,2030.7
