1、摘要隨著科技的發(fā)展、時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的競爭也越來越激烈與殘酷,在競爭中客戶作為市場的最為重要的資源,早已成為市場營銷的核心,企業(yè)間誰擁有的客戶多,那么誰就會(huì)在競爭中占有絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢。在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)競爭如此激烈的環(huán)境之下,企業(yè)要想立于不敗之地,就必須和與之生存發(fā)展息息相關(guān)的客戶,建立起良好的關(guān)系,在現(xiàn)有客戶資源的基礎(chǔ)之上,維護(hù)好和老客戶的關(guān)系,并且不斷的發(fā)展新的客戶,用企業(yè)高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品、優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)、良好的信譽(yù)樹立企業(yè)在客戶心目中的良好形象;并以客戶需求為己任,不斷的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展自身的產(chǎn)品,以滿足客戶的新需求,并規(guī)范企業(yè)內(nèi)部的客戶資源的管理方式、提升企業(yè)的
