1、·46·PJCCPVDFebruary2015,Vol,23No.2http://www.syxnt.net·論著·喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者癌組織中AHNAK基因轉(zhuǎn)錄表達(dá)情況及其臨床意義研究張軍華【摘要】目的研究喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(kscc)患者癌組織中AHNAK基因轉(zhuǎn)錄表達(dá)情況及其臨床意義。方法采集荊州市腫瘤醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科手術(shù)切除的LSCC癌組織標(biāo)本62例,27例癌旁正常組織標(biāo)本也取自62例LSCC患者。提取組織RNA,反轉(zhuǎn)錄為eDNA,采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法分析癌組織與癌旁正常組織中AHNAK基因mRNA表達(dá)情況。
2、結(jié)果癌組織中AHNAK基因mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量為(3.234-1.53),高于癌旁正常組織的(1.35±0.59)(P<0.05)。不同性別、分型及組織病理分級(jí)的LScc患者癌組織中AHNAK基因mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。年齡≥65歲及4l一64歲患者癌組織中AHNAK基因mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量高于≤40歲患者,臨床分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期患者癌組織中AHNAK基因mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量高于I/II期患者,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移陽(yáng)性患者癌組織中AHNAK基因mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量高于淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移陰性患者(P<0.
