1、摘要電主軸是加工機床的核心部件,它的精度直接決定了整個機床的加工精度,因此,開發(fā)出一個擁有自主產(chǎn)權(quán)的高精密電主軸是機械行業(yè)的迫切需求。針對這一需要,本文從以下幾個方面去設(shè)計的:在電主軸的結(jié)構(gòu)上運用最佳跨距計算方法,做出軸的最合理的結(jié)構(gòu);在布局上采用比較流行的置電機,循環(huán)油冷卻系統(tǒng),角接觸混合瓷球軸承,油潤滑,彈簧預(yù)緊的典型形式。結(jié)構(gòu)緊促縮小了主軸系統(tǒng)占用的空間,循環(huán)油冷卻系統(tǒng)保證了主軸和軸承運轉(zhuǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的熱量很快散出去,油潤滑在帶走軸承產(chǎn)生的熱量同時對軸承進行了潤滑;在裝配上,嚴(yán)格要求各個環(huán)節(jié)的精度
2、,尤其在軸承的裝配上,根據(jù)實測值,采用選配法,保證了整個系統(tǒng)的精度;在電主軸的性能分析上,通過定量去分析電主軸的穩(wěn)定性,定性去分析其動態(tài)平衡性和熱穩(wěn)定性,并加入了仿真分析。所設(shè)計的電主軸,減少了中間傳動環(huán)節(jié),因此使機床的結(jié)構(gòu)空間減小,同時它比傳統(tǒng)圓磨床轉(zhuǎn)速更高,能耗更小,且傳動更加平穩(wěn),因此加工精度更高,在保證加工質(zhì)量的同時提高了效率。關(guān)鍵詞:電主軸角接觸混合瓷球軸承油潤滑仿真分析AbstractElectro-spindleisthecorecomponentofmachinetools,itsac
