2、同結(jié)構(gòu),在直流電路型中得到細(xì)胞體積越大峰值電壓越高,并且兩者有很好的線性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)可以達(dá)到0.998,也可以得到細(xì)胞體積越大,細(xì)胞移位時(shí)間越長(zhǎng);在交流電路型中,創(chuàng)新性提出印刷電路板和聚二甲基硅氧烷結(jié)合作為襯底的思想,并和商用流式細(xì)胞儀的測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了這種結(jié)構(gòu)的可行性.后者用特定病變腫瘤被熒光標(biāo)記物標(biāo)記后,受激光激發(fā)出的熒光顏色不同而可以被有效地區(qū)分開(kāi),并拿商用流式細(xì)胞儀結(jié)論進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果吻合.兩種傳感器都用COMSOL軟件進(jìn)行了理論模擬,便于確定結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的同時(shí)也能與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比從而優(yōu)化結(jié)論.【關(guān)鍵詞】微流體;電阻
