2、鼠和ICR小鼠的體重增長(zhǎng)率降低,曠場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)中的水平穿格數(shù)、垂直站立次數(shù)和修飾次數(shù)均明顯減少(P<0.01).注射雌激素(苯甲酸雌二醇)可改善束縛應(yīng)激引起的體重與行為變化,且ICR小鼠對(duì)雌激素的反應(yīng)比棕色田鼠更為明顯.束縛應(yīng)激使棕色田鼠水迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)中的潛伏期顯著延長(zhǎng),原平臺(tái)穿越次數(shù)和原平臺(tái)象限時(shí)間比率顯著降低(P<0.01).但應(yīng)激使ICR小鼠潛伏期縮短,原平臺(tái)穿越次數(shù)和原平臺(tái)象限時(shí)間比率明顯提高(P<0.01).注射雌激素可完全改善束縛應(yīng)激引起的學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力的變化.結(jié)果表明,慢性束縛應(yīng)激能引起棕色田鼠和ICR小鼠抑郁樣行為表現(xiàn).但對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)記憶的影響則相反
