1、中國(guó)沼氣ChinaBiogas2014,32(4)投加產(chǎn)氫菌對(duì)豬糞厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣的影響丁福貴,任春麗,張炳宏’,董亞萍,張衛(wèi)紅(1.寧夏回族自治區(qū)環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)中心站。銀川750011;2.寧夏危險(xiǎn)固體廢物管理中心,銀川210036)摘要:為研究豬糞厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)沼氣時(shí)投加產(chǎn)氫茵對(duì)反應(yīng)體系發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣的影響,進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)氫菌的投加量試驗(yàn)以及投加時(shí)間的比較試驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,投加0.5%,1%,2%,4%的產(chǎn)氫菌均能提高沼氣總產(chǎn)量,其累積總產(chǎn)氣量從大到小為l%>4%>O.5%>2%,而對(duì)甲烷濃度沒(méi)有明顯的影響,其中最適投加量1%的累積產(chǎn)氣量比對(duì)照增加7.4%。以1%的投加量,

7、on;CHJconcentration沼氣厭氧發(fā)酵過(guò)程是由多種微生物作用的復(fù)雜很早就已經(jīng)開(kāi)始人為的向發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)中加入具有某生化過(guò)程?。在發(fā)酵過(guò)程中,各種微生物進(jìn)行一系種特定功能的微生物茵群,能強(qiáng)化該種微生物與其列耦聯(lián)生化反應(yīng),不產(chǎn)甲烷菌和產(chǎn)甲烷菌之間,相互它菌群之間的互養(yǎng)關(guān)系,使發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)更高效。本研依賴,又互相制約【2】。高效的沼氣發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)中各究從添加產(chǎn)氫茵的角度出發(fā),進(jìn)行沼氣發(fā)酵的優(yōu)化種微生物處于良性平衡狀態(tài),當(dāng)發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)受到外界調(diào)控,以期提高沼氣發(fā)酵效率。不良條件的沖擊,發(fā)酵過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)平衡被打破,甲烷的1材料與方法生物合成就會(huì)受到影響,甚至終止。因此,針對(duì)目
