1、武云杰等氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平對(duì)衰老期煙葉氮代謝的影響及品種間差異41氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平對(duì)衰老期煙葉氮代謝的影響及品種間差異武云杰,李飛,楊鐵釗,張小全河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)煙草學(xué)院,鄭州I450002摘要:為揭示品種間煙葉品質(zhì)的差異和篩選耐氮肥品種,研究了烤煙品種在不同氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)條件下氮代謝的差異。結(jié)果表明:氮低效與氮高效品種相比,可溶性蛋白和總氮降解量大,谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性低,降幅大,谷氨酸脫氫酶(GDH)活性高,硝酸還原酶(NR)活性低,氨氣補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)高,品種間差異顯著。隨著施氮量的增加,氮低效品種氮素營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)降解量百
2、分?jǐn)?shù)高,GS活性降幅大且受施氮量影響較小,GDH活性和氨氣揮發(fā)潛力增大,與氮高效品種相比差異顯著。NC89和豫煙10號(hào)分別在施氮量在45.o0和60.o0kg·hm。時(shí)氮代謝生理強(qiáng)度最大,而且豫煙10號(hào)各處理間差異小于NC89。說(shuō)明不同氮效率品種煙葉的氮素再同化和轉(zhuǎn)移能力存在差異,氮低效品種對(duì)氮素再同化量小,再轉(zhuǎn)移量大,對(duì)氮素的應(yīng)用范圍廣,調(diào)節(jié)能力強(qiáng),而氮高效品種再同化量大,轉(zhuǎn)移量小,對(duì)氮素的應(yīng)用范圍小,調(diào)節(jié)能力弱。煙葉衰老期氮代謝與煙葉衰老速度有關(guān),其中GS對(duì)NH的再同化能力和質(zhì)外體對(duì)NH的轉(zhuǎn)移能力
