1、第31卷第1期計算機仿真2014年1月文章編號:1006—9348(2014)01—0117—06火電廠凝結水泵停泵水錘分析朱子錢,唐勝利(重慶大學動力工程學院,重慶400030)摘要:火電廠凝結水泵在發(fā)生事故停泵時,伴隨不科學的關閥規(guī)律,將會出現(xiàn)嚴重的水錘現(xiàn)象。貴州某600MW超臨界火電廠投運以來,在凝結水泵停運時多次發(fā)生持續(xù)時間短暫的振動高報警現(xiàn)象。停運瞬間止回閥處伴隨有很大的聲響,嚴重時導致正在運行的冷凝泵振動高保護跳泵,對電站安全穩(wěn)定的運行造成巨大的隱患。為解決上述問題,根據其凝結水系統(tǒng)運行情況,建立系統(tǒng)仿真模型;通過進行瞬態(tài)仿真可知,旋啟式止回閥
2、的快速關閉是導致水錘壓力過大的主要原因;更換安裝新型液控止回閥、選擇科學合理的兩階段關閥規(guī)律并根據系統(tǒng)運行特點在閥后設置氣壓式調壓室,能夠有效地降低閥后最大水錘壓力和水錘波動性。壓力水系統(tǒng)中液控止回閥和配置氣壓式調壓室是防護水錘事故的有效的措施。關鍵詞:凝結水系統(tǒng);水錘;仿真;氣壓式調壓室中圖分類號:TM621.7文獻標識碼:BWaterHammerAnalysisofCondensatePumpStoppedinCoal-FiredPowerStationsZHUZi—qian,TANGSheng-li(CollegeofPowerEngineering
