1、HotWorkingTechnology2014,Vo1.43,No.3微觀組織對高強度雙相鋼板沖壓回彈影響的研究趙茂俞,一,陳乾旺,田春艷f1.舍肥學(xué)院機械工程系,安徽舍肥230601;2.中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)化學(xué)與材料科學(xué)學(xué)院,安徽合肥230026)摘要:高強度雙相鋼(DualPhaseSteel,DP)板沖壓成形的主要缺陷為回彈,而馬氏體相是影響回彈的重要因素。把DP600鋼試樣加熱至740℃且保溫8min后水淬,再分別降溫至200、260、320℃且保溫1h,以獲得多相材料,用U形彎曲模具進(jìn)行了實際沖壓實驗。通過SEM測試了鋼中
