2、筋板結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法。該方法以模態(tài)分析和拓撲優(yōu)化改進后的龍門加工中心動橫梁為研究對象,把動橫梁的質(zhì)量、第1階固有頻率和自重狀態(tài)下最大變形量為優(yōu)化設(shè)計目標(biāo)函數(shù),動橫梁筋板結(jié)構(gòu)的位置尺寸和筋板的厚度尺寸作為優(yōu)化變量,建立了龍門加工中心動橫梁筋板結(jié)構(gòu)的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,分析了優(yōu)化變量對動橫梁質(zhì)量、第1階固有頻率和自重狀態(tài)下最大變形量的影響,求出了動橫梁部件筋板結(jié)構(gòu)Pareto最優(yōu)解。經(jīng)過多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化改進后的動橫梁部件1階固有頻率提高了7.36%、質(zhì)量減輕了4.97%、自重狀態(tài)下最大變形量略有減小,表明該優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法合理可行。關(guān)鍵詞:多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化;龍門加工中心;筋板結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分
