1、第44卷第4期2016年4月化學(xué)工程CHEMICALENGINEERING(CHINA)V01.44No.4Apr.2016單噴嘴水煤漿氣化爐高徑比對反應(yīng)流動(dòng)的影響許建良,趙輝,代正華,劉海峰,王輔臣(華東理工大學(xué)煤氣化及能源化工教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,上海200237)摘要:建立了綜合數(shù)學(xué)模型對某化工廠單噴嘴水煤漿氣化爐內(nèi)多相湍流反應(yīng)流動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,分析了氣化爐直段高徑比對氣化爐內(nèi)反應(yīng)流動(dòng)的影響。由結(jié)果可知:現(xiàn)有氣化爐高徑比較短,爐內(nèi)存在射流區(qū)和回流區(qū),回流區(qū)一直延伸到氣化爐底部;當(dāng)直段高徑比大于2.3時(shí),出現(xiàn)
2、平推流區(qū);除射流火焰區(qū)外,從上到下爐內(nèi)溫度及CO:和H:O體積分?jǐn)?shù)先升高后降低,而CO和H:體積分?jǐn)?shù)先降低后升高。直段高徑比增大,平推流區(qū)體積分率增大,出氣化爐有效氣含量、碳轉(zhuǎn)化率和有效氣產(chǎn)率都增大,單位有效氣氧耗減??;當(dāng)直段高徑比大于4.3時(shí),以上氣化爐性能數(shù)據(jù)趨于穩(wěn)定值。高徑比增大,有利于提高飛灰顆粒停留時(shí)間和壁面熔渣反應(yīng)時(shí)間,提高氣化爐效率。關(guān)鍵詞:單噴嘴;水煤漿;氣化;數(shù)值模擬中圖分類號:TQ171.6;0358文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1005-9954(2016)04-0068-06DOI:10.396
