1、中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)2014,34(9):2186-2191ChinaEnvironmentalScience復(fù)合脫硫添加劑在濕法煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)中的工程應(yīng)用張軍,張涌新,鄭成航,許昌日,鄔成賢,高翔,駱仲泱(浙江大學(xué),能源清潔利用國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)浙江杭州310027)摘要:在某300MW脫硫機(jī)組對(duì)添加劑強(qiáng)化SO2吸收,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效SO2脫除的作用規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究.結(jié)果表明,脫硫添加劑的加入可以有效提高WFGD系統(tǒng)污染物的脫除效率,減少吸收塔漿液池漿液pH值的波動(dòng),提高石灰石傳質(zhì),增加石灰石利用率和脫硫副產(chǎn)品石膏的品質(zhì);添加劑對(duì)SO2濃度變化具有良好的適應(yīng)性,能夠保

7、asdesulfurization(WFGD);additive;pHbufer;flexibility環(huán)境保護(hù)部2011年9月頒布了《火電廠大質(zhì)反應(yīng)過(guò)程,包括SO2吸收、石灰石溶解、HSO3氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》l1】,新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求s02排放限值氧化、石膏結(jié)晶等步驟.國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者對(duì)石灰由400mg/Nm降低到100mg/Nm3,重點(diǎn)地區(qū)排放石一石膏濕法煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了大量研究,發(fā)限值下降到50mg/Nm3.據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國(guó)約60%的電現(xiàn)在WFGD系統(tǒng)中加入添加劑可以進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)廠實(shí)際燃煤含硫量超出設(shè)計(jì)值[21,燃煤電廠的工石灰石的溶解,增強(qiáng)SO2的吸
8、收,提高脫硫副產(chǎn)物況波動(dòng)、石灰石波動(dòng)、飛灰成分等問(wèn)題都嚴(yán)重影的品質(zhì),從而提高脫硫效率和脫硫劑的利用響到脫硫裝置的連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行.目前燃煤電廠新率[9-1
