2、,未添加PEG)4個水分處理,研究了干旱脅迫對狹葉坡壘幼苗生理生化特性的影響。結(jié)果表明.隨著干旱脅迫程度的加劇和脅迫時(shí)間的延長.狹葉坡壘幼苗葉片的相對含水量迅速降低,MDA含量逐漸升高;狹葉坡壘幼苗葉片葉綠素含量在T1處理下緩慢上升。T,、處理下先緩慢升高后降低;可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量的變化趨勢相類似,均呈先升高后降低的趨勢.但可溶性糖含量在前期(24h)和中期(48h)時(shí)增幅較大。說明在干旱脅迫下狹葉坡壘幼苗受到一定程度的傷害,但可以通過調(diào)節(jié)自身可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖等滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)的含量來提高其吸水和保水能力.可減輕干旱傷害。其中.可
