2、增加,大晶粒破碎,晶粒尺寸變小,晶粒取向愈加明顯。交叉軋制,平行于軋制方向上的晶粒沿軋制方向被壓縮伸長(zhǎng),呈層狀分布,表現(xiàn)出面織構(gòu)的特征性;垂直軋向的晶粒交錯(cuò)搭接,方向性減弱。單向軋制使{1ii}()織構(gòu)得到強(qiáng)化,導(dǎo)致板材各向異性趨于明顯。交叉軋制可削弱單向軋制過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的{】11}(一)織構(gòu),有利于降低鉬板材的各向異性;同時(shí),隨著軋制變形量的增加,有利于{IOO}(”)織構(gòu)的形成和強(qiáng)化,當(dāng)變形量達(dá)90%以上時(shí),{100}(M)織構(gòu)最強(qiáng)。關(guān)鍵詞:純鉬板;軋制方式;變形量;顯微組織;織構(gòu)doi:10.13373/j.cnki.cjrm.2014.03.002中圖分類號(hào):TG335.11文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)
