2、作右側(cè)局灶性腦缺血模型);兩組均缺血2h后再灌注,并按再灌注時(shí)間不同分為3h,6h、12h、24h、72h亞型(各10只)。通過(guò)微陣列芯片分析表達(dá)結(jié)果。結(jié)果電刺激小腦頂核后miR-29c、miR-494等表達(dá)水平下調(diào),其中miR一29c差異最大,降低了近3倍(P<0.05)。同時(shí)通過(guò)生物信息學(xué)分析這些表達(dá)差異的miRNAs的靶基因,發(fā)現(xiàn)了幾個(gè)凋亡基因相關(guān)的miRNAs,如miR一29c。結(jié)論電刺激小腦頂核可以誘導(dǎo)腦缺血再灌注大鼠miRNAs表達(dá)差異,一些差異表達(dá)的miRNAs與凋亡相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:電刺激;頂核;MiRN
