1、摘要建筑業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),液壓樁錘屬于建筑機(jī)械中的樁工機(jī)械。在工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國家中,由于液壓樁錘的高性能低公害,都在大力開發(fā)這種產(chǎn)品,并已作為成熟產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。液壓樁錘主要由錘主體、液壓系統(tǒng)、測控裝置三部分組成。該論文成果體現(xiàn)在樣機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案的創(chuàng)新性、技術(shù)水平的先進(jìn)性等。1.設(shè)計(jì)方案的創(chuàng)新性(1)采用汽車式底盤、前后支腿結(jié)構(gòu)和導(dǎo)軌式樁架支撐整個(gè)樁錘主體。(2)錘頭中空,置顆粒金屬,用于調(diào)節(jié)錘頭沖擊重量。這也是本文的主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)2.技術(shù)水平的先進(jìn)性液壓樁錘在最大沖程能量時(shí)的總傳動效率為72.7%,按相同計(jì)算
2、方法,國外5種同類產(chǎn)品(日本車輛、日立建機(jī)、德國MENCK、美國HPSI、芬蘭JUNTTAN)的平均總傳動效率為56.9%。新型液壓樁錘樣機(jī)的傳動效率比國外同類產(chǎn)品高出近16個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。通過對樣機(jī)試運(yùn)行和性能測試結(jié)果表明:液壓樁錘的設(shè)計(jì)方案具有創(chuàng)新性和實(shí)用性,性能及價(jià)格適合我國建筑市場需求,具有較好的發(fā)展前景。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓樁錘;液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì);動力學(xué)計(jì)算。AbstractArchitectureisoneofthebackboneindustriesofthenationaleconomy.Thehy
