1、第38卷第3期艦船科學(xué)技術(shù)Vol.38,No.32016年3月SHIPSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGYMar.,2016水下航行器小通道內(nèi)蒸汽換熱實(shí)驗(yàn)研究白超1,2,韓勇軍1,伊寅1,史小鋒1,郭兆元1,封啟璽1(1.中國(guó)船舶重工集團(tuán)公司第七O五研究所,陜西西安,710077;2.水下信息與控制重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,陜西西安710077)摘要:為研究水下航行器小通道內(nèi)的蒸汽換熱特性,對(duì)采用矩形通道設(shè)計(jì)的冷凝通道進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,分析不同蒸汽入口溫度對(duì)通道換熱特性的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:矩形小通道具有較好的冷凝換熱效果,通道總平均換熱量、熱流密度以及通道出口冷凝液溫度均隨通道入口蒸汽溫度升高而升高。但

7、lchannels;heattransfer;experimentalinvestigation0引言通道,而且小流徑通道內(nèi)伴隨凝結(jié)的兩相流動(dòng)是非定常的且是不穩(wěn)定的,這就使得整個(gè)換熱過程的流動(dòng)傳在采用閉式循環(huán)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的水下航行器中,由于熱特性和能量變化規(guī)律變得極其復(fù)雜。沒有尾氣排放,系統(tǒng)與外界只有熱量交換而無(wú)物質(zhì)交目前國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者主要針對(duì)工業(yè)用制冷行業(yè)中的冷換,做功后的乏汽必須經(jīng)殼體冷凝器冷凝成水后才能凝換熱的
