2、、藥用價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。在組織培養(yǎng)中，芽容易誘導(dǎo)和增殖，根卻難以誘導(dǎo)。誘導(dǎo)生根是利用組織培養(yǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行微繁殖的關(guān)鍵。本試驗(yàn)對(duì)小果樹試管苗的生根處理方法及生根培養(yǎng)條件進(jìn)行了初步探索，主要研究結(jié)果如下：1.IBA對(duì)小果樹的生根有明顯促進(jìn)作用，NAA和IAA對(duì)其生根促進(jìn)作用不明顯。0.4mg/L的IBA是適宜小果樹生根的最佳濃度。2．在兩步生根過程中，適宜小果樹預(yù)處理生根誘導(dǎo)的IBA濃度是80mg/L，適宜小果樹預(yù)處理生根的IBA天數(shù)為11d。3．不同濃度IBA浸漬對(duì)小果樹生根有影響，最佳生根是在100mg/LIBA中
