2、X射線能譜(EDS)和X射線衍射(XRD)等手段對微膠囊的核殼結構進行表征,采用溶解度測試、水接觸角測試研究了季戊四醇(PER)和PEG的配比對微膠囊包覆效果的影響。結果表明,與未包覆的APP相比,MAPP上出現(xiàn)了PUR的特征峰;SEM明顯觀察到MAPP表面變得粗糙,蜂窩狀結構出現(xiàn);EDS結果顯示APP和MAPP具有不同的表面元素含量;XRD峰強度明顯減弱,表明改性PUR成功包覆在APP粒子表面;水溶解度和接觸角的變化可知,MAPP的水溶解度和表面極性均有所下降,當PER/PEG的物質(zhì)的量之比為1/1時,包覆效果最佳,此時的溶解度為0.400g/100mLH2O,水接
