2、葉綠素含量、葉片長度、葉片寬度、葉片厚度均逐漸減少;復(fù)水后葉片相對含水量、葉綠素含量增加,而葉片長度、葉片寬度、葉片厚度則無明顯增加。在干旱脅迫下,紫花苜蓿主根長度、主根直徑、地上生物量、總生物量、氣孔長度、氣孔寬度、氣孔開度下降,而根系體積、地下生物量、根冠比、氣孔密度則上升。[結(jié)論]該研究可為紫花苜蓿在干旱地區(qū)和南方地區(qū)的推廣栽培提供理論依據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞紫花苜蓿;干旱脅迫;復(fù)水;幼苗生長中圖分類號$541.1文獻標識碼A文章編號0517—6611(2015)21—148—03EfeetsofDroughtStressandRewateringonthe
