2、長(zhǎng)速率法,研究甲基托布津、百茵清、中生菌素、多抗霉素、多菌靈和苯醚甲環(huán)唑等6種殺菌劑對(duì)杜仲灰斑病菌的室內(nèi)毒力,并進(jìn)行了田間藥效試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:室內(nèi)毒力測(cè)定,多抗霉素、多茵靈和苯醚甲環(huán)唑?qū)野卟【休^好的抑制作用,其EC5o分別為1.67/~g/mL、0.96tzg/mL和0.18~g/mL;而甲基托布津、百茵清和中生菌素對(duì)灰斑病菌的毒力相對(duì)較弱。經(jīng)田間藥效試驗(yàn),多抗霉素1000倍液、多茵靈2000倍液和苯醚甲環(huán)唑2500倍液對(duì)杜仲灰斑病有較好的防治效果,第2次施藥10d后的防效分別可達(dá)74.36、8O.82和79.67,顯著優(yōu)于其他藥劑處理,可作為
