2、的抑制作用,其抑制中質(zhì)量濃度(EC。)最小值、最大值、平均值分別為0.063797、0.407005、(0.2283±0.0805)/~g/mL;該藥對孢子萌發(fā)的抑制效果更明顯,其EC。最小值、最大值、平均值分別為0.002550、0.104858、(0.0318±0.0242)ttg/mL。正態(tài)分析表明:菌絲生長對戊唑醇的敏感性呈正態(tài)分布;而孢子萌發(fā)的敏感性呈非正態(tài)分布,其最大EC。和最小EC。之間的跨度較大,EC。表現(xiàn)不連續(xù),在高質(zhì)量濃度區(qū)仍有不敏感菌株存在,這表明在自然界中存在個別抗藥性較強(qiáng)的淮山莖腐病菌株。關(guān)鍵
