2、Time(JIT),tothebusinessworld,andmanycompanieshavebeenscramblingtoreplicatethisconcept.SoToyotaiscommonlycitedastheoriginatorofJIT.1.2IntroductiontoJITJust-In-Time(JIT)isanattempttominimizewasteofallkinds(space,labor,materials,energy,andsoon),continuallyimproveprocessesandsystems,andmaintainrespe
3、ctforallworkers.Forexample,ifmaterialsandpartsarriveataworkstationexactlywhenneeded,thereisnoneedforinventory,therearenodelaysinproduction,andtherearenoidleproductionfacilities.1.3IntroductiontoJITAllelementsofJITcanbeexecutedmanually.However,theuseofIT(InformationTechnology)tosupportevensomeoft
