2、分別為12.30%,53.72%和27.04%);3種原料的聚戊糖和木質(zhì)素含量相近,均在7%和9%左右。②3種原料經(jīng)熱水完全抽提后,細(xì)胞表面蠟質(zhì)層消失,細(xì)胞壁明顯變薄,纖維輪廓更清晰。③3種原料的纖維長(zhǎng)度均較短,細(xì)小組分含量均較高。相比煙末和煙棒,煙梗原料的纖維質(zhì)量較高,其質(zhì)量平均長(zhǎng)度為0.76mm,細(xì)小組分含量為20.6%。④根據(jù)再造煙葉原料的纖維特性差異,在再造煙葉制漿過程中,可以用不同的打漿條件處理不同纖維特性的原料,從而獲得高質(zhì)量的漿料;另外,在打漿過程中需控制漿料打漿力度,避免重度打漿。關(guān)鍵詞:煙梗;煙末;煙棒;化學(xué)成分;表面形貌;顯微結(jié)構(gòu);纖維形態(tài);造紙法再造煙葉
