2、長時一致性等是高質(zhì)量輥子微結(jié)構(gòu)加工所需解決的關(guān)鍵問題.本文以圓柱球面微結(jié)構(gòu)陣列為例,從其數(shù)學(xué)描述入手,分析了刀具幾何尺寸、伺服系統(tǒng)動態(tài)特性與微結(jié)構(gòu)加工可達性之間的制約關(guān)系,并在自主研制的超精密車床和快刀伺服系統(tǒng)上進行了兩種球面微結(jié)構(gòu)的加工實驗,得到了預(yù)期的微結(jié)構(gòu)形貌,并對加工實驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)的切深不一致現(xiàn)象給出了初步的解釋.關(guān)鍵詞:輥子;微結(jié)構(gòu)陣列;超精密車削;快刀伺服系統(tǒng)中圖分類號:TH161文獻標志碼:A文章編號:1672~030(2014)05-0358-07Ultra-PrecisionTurningProcessingTechniqueofMicrostructureArray
