2、卜屬(Raphanus)EST數(shù)據(jù)庫中進(jìn)行BLASTN檢索,得到具備Score≥100、E—value≤10。和coverage≥70%條件的70條蘿卜ESTs作為候選的擬南芥FLC基因的同源ESTs,并進(jìn)行序列聚類拼接、注釋及分析。結(jié)果顯示:在普通蘿卜和野生蘿卜中各發(fā)現(xiàn)兩個旁系同源基因(凡和RsFLCb及RrFLCa和RrFLCb)。RFLCs與擬南芥FLC間在核酸水平上的一致性為78.7%~86.9%;RFLCs旁系同源基因問的一致性為75.9%一93.4%;RFLCs與蕓薹屬FLC直系同源基因間的一致性絕大多數(shù)維持在85%以上,且高于
