1、烤煙論文:微生物有機肥對隴東烤煙品質(zhì)的影響及機理研究【中文摘要】針對隴東烤煙生產(chǎn)中存在的因長期連作和有機肥施用不合理引起的煙葉化學(xué)和香味品質(zhì)品質(zhì)下降,尤其是中性致香物質(zhì)含量較低、香氣不足和商品特性下降等問題,本研究于2009年在甘肅省正寧縣進行大田試驗,研究施用微生物有機肥對烤煙化學(xué)品質(zhì)和香味品質(zhì)的影響,并對其影響機理進行初步探討,旨在為當(dāng)?shù)乜緹煹暮侠硎┓侍峁┮罁?jù)。主要試驗結(jié)果如下:1微生物有機肥對隴東煙葉化學(xué)品質(zhì)的影響研究1.1微生物有機肥對煙葉化學(xué)品質(zhì)的影響微生物有機肥(BIO)的施用顯著提升

3、msinflue-curedtobaccoproductionineastofGansuProvince.AfieldexperimentwascarriedoutinZhengningCountyinGansuProvincein2009inordertostudytheeffectsofbio-organicfertilizer(BIO)applicationonchemicalandaromaticqualitiesofFlue-curedTobaccoinEastofGansuProvin
4、ceanditspreliminaryechanisms.Theresultsshownthat:Chemicalqualityofflue-curedtobaccowasprovedwithapplyingbio-organicfertilizer,thecontentsofpotassiumandnicotineandtotalsolublesaccharidesandreducingsugarwithintobaccoleaveswereincreasedsignificantly,ther
5、atiobetweentotalsolublesaccharidesandproteintrendedmoretonormalandmeasureduptothestandardofhighqualitytobaccoleaves.thecontentofpotassiuminupperleaves,middleleavesandbottomleaveswereincreasedby30.20%,26.30%and50.50%respectivelycomparedwithCKandnicotin
6、eby42.67%,28.50%,99.11%and20.38%respectively.ApplicationofBIOreducedthedifferencevaluebetweentotalsolublesaccharidesandreducingsugarandtheratiobetweentotalsolublesaccharidesandproteinatdifferentpositionsoftobaccoleavestrendedtothesuitablerangeatthesam
7、etime.BIOreducedpHvalueoftobacco-plantingsoilby0.06unitcomparedwithCKandenhancedsoilfertilitySimultaneously.thecontentoforganicmatterandavailablenitrogenandavailablephosphrousandavailablepotassiuminsoilweresignificantlyincreasedby30.25%、28.50%、104.57%
