2、濕面筋含量、沉降值與面團流變學(xué)特性指標呈顯著或極顯著正相關(guān),且對烘焙品質(zhì)的影響顯著。產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的2大部分指標隨施氮磷量的增加而發(fā)生顯著變化,氮磷肥對產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)的互作效應(yīng)顯著。施N300kg/hm、P1502kg/hm處理可獲得超高產(chǎn),且容重、出粉率、濕面筋含量、沉降值及面團穩(wěn)定時間均顯著高于其它處理,表現(xiàn)出較好的磨粉品質(zhì)和烘焙品質(zhì)。表明在本試驗條件下,該施肥量是濟麥22優(yōu)質(zhì)超高產(chǎn)的最佳施肥模式。關(guān)鍵詞:氮磷配施;超高產(chǎn)小麥;產(chǎn)量;品質(zhì)中圖分類號:S512.1.062文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1008-505X(2010)06-1325-08Effectsofphospho
