1、銅脅迫下麻瘋樹的生理響應(yīng)研究physiologicalresponseofJatrophacurcasresearchedundercopperstress摘要本試驗(yàn)利用不同濃度的硫酸銅溶液澆施麻瘋樹幼苗,旨在研究銅脅迫對(duì)麻瘋樹幼苗的外部形態(tài)和生理代謝的影響。結(jié)果表明:銅脅迫對(duì)麻瘋樹幼苗的莖圍和株高生長有一定的抑制作用,在脅迫培養(yǎng)幼苗40天到60天過程中,葉片增長緩慢。麻瘋樹幼苗的生理生化指標(biāo)變化表現(xiàn)為,丙二醛的含量隨著處理濃度的增加而增加;可溶性糖、葉綠素的含量均比對(duì)照組明顯低,葉綠素和可溶性糖的合成受到了抑制。春、秋兩季相比較,春季麻瘋樹幼
2、苗的葉綠素、可溶性糖含量相對(duì)較高,丙二醛相對(duì)較低。處理組的葉綠素含量在春季最低值為對(duì)照組含量的69.9%;而秋季只有對(duì)照組的40.3%;丙二醛在銅離子濃度150mg/L時(shí),達(dá)到最高值,春季丙二醛含量最高值是對(duì)照組的1.7倍,秋季最高值是對(duì)照組的1.8倍。試驗(yàn)證明,銅脅迫對(duì)麻瘋樹幼苗生長和生理代謝有一定抑制作用。關(guān)鍵詞:麻瘋樹;銅脅迫;葉綠素;丙二醛ABSTRACTTheexperimentresearchedmorphologiesofJatrophacurcas'seedlingandtheeffectofphysiologicalmetab
