1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書中山市某鎮(zhèn)4.0萬m3/d污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院：廣州大學(xué)市政技術(shù)學(xué)院專業(yè)：13環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)老師：鄧洪秀學(xué)生：朱觀林日期：目錄摘要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是中山市某鎮(zhèn)4.0萬m3/d污水處理廠二期工藝設(shè)計(jì)。主要任務(wù)是完成一個(gè)該污水處理廠工藝流程初步設(shè)計(jì)和單項(xiàng)處理構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)，并完成完成設(shè)計(jì)說明書，污水處理廠總平面圖，高程圖及各單項(xiàng)處理構(gòu)筑物設(shè)計(jì)圖。該污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為4萬m3/d。由于該設(shè)計(jì)對脫氮除磷有要求故應(yīng)選取二級(jí)強(qiáng)化處理，且根據(jù)該地區(qū)進(jìn)出水水質(zhì)要求，確定工藝為A2/O工藝。該工藝的生物處理部分由厭
2、氧池、缺氧池和好氧池組成。厭氧池主要功能是釋放磷,同時(shí)部分有機(jī)物進(jìn)行氨化。缺氧池的主要功能是脫氮。好氧池能夠去除BOD、硝化和吸收磷。該污水廠的污水處理流程設(shè)計(jì)為：從泵房到沉砂池，進(jìn)入A2/O反應(yīng)池，進(jìn)入輻流式二次沉淀池，再進(jìn)入消毒池，最后出水；污泥流程設(shè)計(jì)為：從反應(yīng)池排出的剩余污泥進(jìn)入集泥配水井，再由污水泵送入濃縮池，然后進(jìn)入貯泥池，再進(jìn)入脫水機(jī)房脫水，最后外運(yùn)處置。關(guān)鍵詞：城鎮(zhèn)污水；脫氮除磷；二級(jí)強(qiáng)化處理；A2/O工藝；工藝設(shè)計(jì)ABSTRACTThetopicofthisgraduatedesigni
