2、風(fēng)外殼作為設(shè)計(jì)模型,將注射模具的相關(guān)知識(shí)作為依據(jù),闡述塑料注射模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。通過(guò)對(duì)電吹風(fēng)外殼成型工藝的分析,本人設(shè)計(jì)了一副一模兩腔的塑料模具。模具中決定塑件幾何形狀和尺寸的零部件稱(chēng)為成型零件,包括上模板、上模芯、下模板、下模芯、下模鑲件等的設(shè)計(jì)與加工工藝過(guò)程。設(shè)計(jì)成型零部件時(shí),應(yīng)根據(jù)塑料的特性、塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)和使用要求,確定型腔的總體布局,選擇分型面,確定脫模方式,設(shè)計(jì)澆注系統(tǒng)、排溢系統(tǒng)。然后進(jìn)行成型零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),計(jì)算成型零部件的工作尺寸,對(duì)關(guān)鍵的成型零部件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度和剛度校核。然后運(yùn)用Pro/E軟件完成電吹風(fēng)外殼模具
