1、河南科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)液體原料自動(dòng)稱重配料系統(tǒng)(硬件設(shè)計(jì))摘要本論文在分析了國內(nèi)外稱重技術(shù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對(duì)一個(gè)用于工業(yè)控制且功能較齊全的自動(dòng)稱重系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。隨著自動(dòng)化和管理現(xiàn)代化的進(jìn)展,自動(dòng)在線稱重在整個(gè)稱重系統(tǒng)中有了很大的發(fā)展。因此,進(jìn)一步采用新技術(shù),開發(fā)各種自動(dòng)稱重系統(tǒng)和提高稱重的準(zhǔn)確度已經(jīng)成為了多數(shù)國家科技發(fā)展的重中之重。自動(dòng)配料控制系統(tǒng)主要由單片機(jī)控制器、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路等組成,主要工作原理是用壓力傳感器進(jìn)行物料的重量測(cè)量,傳感器把物料的重量轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),經(jīng)AD轉(zhuǎn)換芯片把信號(hào)送入單片機(jī)進(jìn)行處理,再由單片機(jī)發(fā)出物料已秤足重量的信號(hào)去控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)的工作。本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的自
2、動(dòng)稱重系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用于工業(yè)上的液體原料自動(dòng)稱重中的,它的實(shí)現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)過程,第一階段由步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)水泵抽水給料,這一階段可看成為粗調(diào)過程,給料重量一定要小于額定重量。第二階段由步進(jìn)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)水泵抽水進(jìn)料,可看成是細(xì)調(diào)過程,使實(shí)際重量等于要求的額定重量。本稱重系統(tǒng)采用單片機(jī)STC89C54為控制核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)稱重儀的基本控制功能。本系統(tǒng)通過應(yīng)用傳感器,各種芯片及單片機(jī)使得該稱重系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際操作性更強(qiáng),便于應(yīng)用于工業(yè)上。關(guān)鍵詞:STC89C54單片機(jī);步進(jìn)電機(jī);傳感器;額定重量河南科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)THEAUTOMATICWEIGHIMGSYSTEMFORLIQUIDMATERIAL(HARDWA
