1、【關(guān)鍵詞】盾構(gòu)機(jī)強(qiáng)度模態(tài)【英文關(guān)鍵詞】shieldconstructionStrengthmodal盾構(gòu)機(jī)論文:盾構(gòu)用單斗液壓挖掘裝置強(qiáng)度與模態(tài)分析【中文摘要】盾構(gòu)是用于修建地鐵等進(jìn)行地下挖掘工作的機(jī)器。傳統(tǒng)盾構(gòu)機(jī)采用刀盤進(jìn)行挖掘,并且挖掘條件地質(zhì)環(huán)境惡劣,刀盤上的刀具容易磨損,而且刀具數(shù)量眾多,因此傳統(tǒng)盾構(gòu)機(jī)的刀盤造價(jià)非常昂貴。為了達(dá)到既能進(jìn)行隧道挖掘,又可以降低刀盤制造費(fèi)用的,提出了針對盾構(gòu)機(jī)進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì)的方案。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:1.參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)挖掘裝置各部件尺寸參數(shù),并對各部件進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析計(jì)算,計(jì)算出各部件在相對應(yīng)工
2、況下的受力大小為以后的靜態(tài)強(qiáng)度分析做鋪墊。根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目提出的挖掘效率,計(jì)算出挖掘裝置能夠提供的最大挖掘阻力值。2.通過UG軟件完成對盾構(gòu)機(jī)挖掘裝置各部件三維造型的創(chuàng)建,將建立完畢的模型通過機(jī)械裝配到一起。并設(shè)計(jì)鉸接處軸承。在UG環(huán)境下確定挖掘裝置姿態(tài)進(jìn)而確定其計(jì)算工況。3.將UG中建立的各部件的實(shí)體造型引進(jìn)至ANSYS界面下。由于分析過程主要針對部件整體分析,因此在引進(jìn)實(shí)體模型的過程中去掉了在各部件之間起連接作用的零件。4.建立有限元模型。對引進(jìn)的實(shí)體模型進(jìn)行單元類別,材料參數(shù)的設(shè)置,然后對模型進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格繪制,然后對模型施加載荷和約束條
